Meanwhile, today I will talk about How they were produced and successfully shipped to Thailand.
After receiving the customer’s samples, we compared them repeatedly and confirmed the color of woven bags during production. This is a very important step.Incorrect woven fabric color will cause problems for customers:
- Poor appearance
- Inconsistent with samples, unable to ship
- Failed inspection, returns and rework
- Delayed delivery and extra costs
- Damaged brand image and lost trust
So we repeatedly tested and communicated with our production team during the wire‑drawing process, finally meeting the customer’s requirements and getting their confirmation.
Meanwhile, we have conducted corresponding tests on the pp woven fabric.
1. Test tensile and tear strength of woven fabric to ensure load‑bearing performance and prevent breakage.
2. Check weight, density and waterproof property to avoid leakage and deformation.
3. Verify aging and UV resistance for better durability in outdoor use.
4. Control raw materials and production process to keep batch consistency.
5. Screen defective products in advance to reduce after‑sales risks and stabilize quality.
We provide customized packaging solutions for customers. To enable easy taking and handling, we follow customer‑required packing standards: 500 pieces per bale, with every 100 pieces secured by two ropes for stable bundling and convenient use.
Under FOB terms, the customer takes full responsibility for ocean shipping arrangements. They independently book the vessel and freight space for the shipment from Tianjin Port to Bangkok Port in Thailand. The customer decides the specific sea route, shipping line, departure date and sailing duration according to their own logistics plan. Generally, the sea voyage from Tianjin to Bangkok takes about 7–12 days depending on the vessel schedule and route. All shipping‑related procedures such as vessel booking, freight payment and cargo tracking are handled by the buyer. Our factory only completes delivery at Tianjin Port as agreed. This arrangement helps customers control shipping time and costs flexibly, while we ensure goods are ready for loading on time to cooperate with their shipping plan.
